Bio:
Kim Carter was the wife of Police Detective Matt Carter. Matt was killed in mysterious circumstances, and Kim believed that businessman Bones Bullinger had something to do with his death.

Matt's best friend, Private Investigator Duke Durbano, was investigating Matt's death on his own time. All he had to go on was Kim's supsicions, and Matt's tales of The Headless Horseman just before he had died. While at Kim's house one night, Duke was able to prevent Kim from being murdered by Bullinger's men. Duke left Kim at the house and followed Bullinger's men.

The next time Kim saw Duke, he was in the hospital. He woke up and was certain he had been attacked by The Headless Horseman. Duke then put it together that Bullinger was impersonating The Horseman and went to search his office. He did indeed find a Horseman costume behind a fake panel in Bullinger's office.

On his way back to Kim's to call the police, Duke had to pass through the town of Sleepy Hollow. It was here he was attacked by The Headless Horseman. His car went over the side of a bridge into the river down below, but Duke was able to escape.

Later, at the site of the accient, Kim joined Duke, and the two kissed, finally being free to admit they had feelings for each other.

The police investigating Duke's story had their doubts though, as they had found Bullinger's body behind his office hours ago, claiming it couldn't have been him who attacked Duke earlier in the night.
