Though she has had temporary superpowers from time to time-including periods when she borrowed Jimmy Olsen's Elastic Serum and Lana Lang's Bio-Genetic Ring-Lois has never had any permanent powers. She is skilled in judo and karate, however, and is a quick-witted opponent.

Mortal human.

Born in Pittsdale. The daughter of Sam and Ella Lane. She has one sister named Lucy and a cousin named Louis. Lois Lane is a graduate of Raleigh College (Superman's Girl Friend Lois Lane #55).

Met Clark Kent on two occasions while a teenager (Adventure Comics #128 & #261).

Lois Lane works as volunteer nurse at Metropolis Hospital (SGF #43, 73, 76, 80, 81, 98, 119)(SF #189).

Lois unknowingly married a Superman impostor named Zak-Kul from the Bottle City of Kandor but had it annulled (Action Comics 245).

Lois briefly marries Johnny Adonis (SGF 105)

Lois Lane had backup stories in The Daring New Adventures of Supergirl 2-12.

Lance Jason was an old college boyfriend (SGF #41)
