Dr. Albert Michaels

Became S.T.A.R. Labs chief administrator. Though he was a great scientist, everyone was puzzled by his hostility towards Superman. Eventually he was revealed to be a criminal an agent of Skull. Indeed, he was instrumental in engineering the supposed accident that crushed Roger Corben so he could be transformed into the second Metallo. Corben struck back by stealing a teleportation machine devised by Michaels and using it to steal the hearts from Skull agents and replacing them with fake Kryptonite. When Michaels was found to be a Skull agent, he was replaced as chief administrator by Dr. Jenet Klyburn. Michaels later became afflicted with a strange malady that transformed him into a super-villain (Atomic Skull)
