Is a master of hand-to-hand fighting, of the use of firearms and other weaponry, and of combat strategy and technique. A strict code of honor is abided by. Once they give their word to an employer, no amount of money will induce them to break it.

Served as a Green Beret in the Vietnam War, where he lost his right eye when a Viet Cong bomb exploded.

With Phillip "Prince" Edwards and Horst Brenner the three men joined the French Foreign Legion on the same day, but they grew dissatisfied with their low pay and the high danger they faced as Legionnaires. The three men therefore deserted and became a team of mercenaries who would fight for pay across the world's battlefields. Should the Mercenaries ever fall into the hands of the French Foreign Legion, they will be executed for desertion.
