Masterblaster (Marvel)
Real Name:
Search for 'Masterblaster (Marvel)' on Amazon

Masterblaster was a small man with a pair of energy gauntlets connected to a power pack on his back that allowed him to shoot energy blasts. He had no superhuman physical abilities.

The Beast was giving a lecture on genetics at Empire State University and Masterblaster as well as a mutant called Powerhouse both showed up. Powerhouse apparently did not come to kill Beast, but rather to kill humans while Masterblaster came to kill Beast. It is unknown how the conflagration began, but due to Masterblasters actions at the lecture as well as Powerhouse's, things broke out into a full scale fight between Beast and Powerhouse with the much less powerful Masterblaster as a non-factor in their fight. After Spider-Man showed up and helped Beast, Beast went after Masterblaster and took him out with a single punch.

Masterblaster joined Powerhouse in robbing a bank in New York, but they were interrupted by Spider-Man, who defeated them both, turning them over to the authorities.
