Sise-Neg Real Name: Sise-Neg Search for 'Sise-Neg' on eBay Powers: Sise-Neg possessed the ability to manipulate vast magical forces for a wide variety of effects such as interdimensional transportation, size transformations, time travel, concussive force-bolts etc. etc. Bio: While Doctor Strange was searching for Baron Mordo in 18th Century Paris, he came across Sise-Neg in the guise of sorcerer Cagliostro. After becoming godlike in magical power, Sise-Neg traveled back in time to the dawn of the universe to recreate it in his own image. He instead decided to "re-create" the universe as it was. It is unclear exactly what Sise-Neg meant by "re-creating" the universe when it appeared as if he did nothing byt allow creation to take it's natural course.
