Bug-Eyed Voice
Real Name: Arthur Bigelow
Search for 'Bug-Eyed Voice' on Amazon

Powers:
None. The Bug-Eyed Voice simply wore a mask that distorted his voice. The only reason behind this seems to be to hide his voice, and to creep out his victims. The mask also gave him excellent peripheral vision.

Bio:
Arthur Bigelow was an insurance investigator in Springdale. He used the information he gathered at his job to rob his clients of their valuables to plan an early retirement. When trying to rob Robbie Baldwin's (Speedball) mother, Arthur was defeated by Speedball.

He was later broken out of prison alongside seven other of Speedball's earliest foes by Clyde, a man who planned to go by the name Rebound once he was able to give himself Speedball's powers. Clyde was a self proclaimed "Criminal Genuis". They planned to capture Niels the Cat who had been given the same powers as Speedball during the accident that transformed Robbie Baldwin into Speedball. It was through Niels that Clyde planned on gaining his powers. Speedball defeated eight of his foes with very little trouble.

The last time The Bug-Eyed Voice was seen, was during a public apperance by Speedball in Madison, Wisconsin. He planned to ambush Speedball at the apperance but was easily defeated by Squirrel Girl. He was simply charged with a misdemeanor for carrying paint-guns.
