Little has been revealed about the officer called Rigger Ruiz except for the fact that she, like all other Code: Blue members, voluntarily joined the special task force. She has stood with them against some of the most powerful criminals to ever plague New York City, and has been personally responsible for developing some of the weapons that proved to be effective in their capture. She has been with the team since their conception and has been a key player in taking down villains like the Wrecking Crew, Titania, and even aided in the capture of an Asgardian rock troll known as Ulik. With her ingenious weaponry and intimidating physique, Rigger Ruiz remains an integral ally to Lieutenant Stone and the rest of Code: Blue.
